Is the emergency department open at night?
Yes. The emergency and casualty unit operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year, with doctors and nursing staff on duty.
Do you accept health insurance?
Our insurance desk helps with documentation and cashless approvals. Please carry your policy card and a valid photo ID.
Can I get a second opinion here?
You are welcome to bring earlier prescriptions, scans and reports. Our specialists will review them and discuss the options with you.
What should I bring for a health checkup?
Most packages need 8–10 hours of fasting. Carry a photo ID, your previous reports and any medication list you follow.
Are attendants allowed to stay with the patient?
One attendant is generally allowed with in-patients. Ward-specific rules apply in the ICU and other restricted areas.
